Pet Policy
Select properties are able to accommodate pets. We welcome your cat or dog and allow for 1 or 2 pets per apartment home. All pets must be pre-approved with a veterinarian statement of good health which includes your pet's immunization record. All pets must be of 2 years in age or older and although we love all dogs, certain purebred or mixes of aggressive dog breeds do not thrive in a community environment and are not permitted. There is a ½ month rent pet deposit, $35/cat - $50/dog per month per pet fee, and signed pet amendment required for any pet. Check with the leasing office regarding a copy of our full pet policy.

Muskego - Maximum 2 cats and/or dogs
Sussex - Maximum 2 cats, no dogs accepted
